By buying or downloading anything from protocolone.store you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

Our products are digital downloads: documents, templates, checklists and reference software. Some services (such as a done-for-you build or a pilot) start with a downloadable intake kit, and the custom work is delivered by email after purchase, with the timeline confirmed by email. Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Licence

Each purchase gives the buying person or organisation a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, copy and adapt the materials for its own internal use. You may not resell or publicly redistribute the files as a product of your own. Free items carry the same licence unless their files say otherwise.

3. What our tools do and do not do

Protocol One tools create tamper-evident records: they help show whether a document or record has changed since it was sealed, and who approved what, and when, according to the record. They do not prove that a document's contents are true, and an Alfa Code is a label, not proof of location, ownership or identity. Our tools are not notarisation, are not legal, financial or compliance advice, and do not replace your own checks such as calling back on a known number. You are responsible for how you use them.

4. No warranty

Materials are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those that the law does not allow us to exclude. Reference software may contain bugs; we fix the ones we find and email updates to your version when they are available.

5. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
