Digital Delivery, Refunds & License Terms

Buyer information for Protocol One digital toolkits and the Complete Enterprise Bundle.

Digital delivery & access

Toolkits and the Enterprise Bundle are delivered as ZIP downloads, with a download link on the order confirmation page and an email link sent to the address used at checkout. No physical shipment is required. Save the archive and start with README_START_HERE.txt, or LAUNCH_CONSOLE_HUB.html in the Enterprise Bundle.

If you cannot access a download, or a file does not match its published SHA-256 checksum, email protocolonestandardsoffice@gmail.com with your order number for help or a replacement.

14-day refunds

Not happy with a digital product? Email protocolonestandardsoffice@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund it on request.

Use & license information

Standard toolkits and the Single-Organization Enterprise Bundle are for use within the purchasing organization, with unlimited internal users. The included documents and tools can be used and customized for internal work. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the raw toolkit archives as a standalone commercial product.

The Enterprise Bundle's vCISO / MSP White-Label edition supports unlimited client engagements under its included license file. Review the product listing and the license included with your purchased edition for its scope.

These are operational templates and reference tools, not legal advice or regulatory certification. Test reference code in your own environment. Tamper-evident seals show whether a record has changed since sealing; they do not prove that its contents are true.

Requirements, updates & support

Depending on the toolkit, you may need a modern browser, a PDF reader, compatible Word and Excel software, or Python 3 for command-line tools. Check the product listing and included README for specific requirements. The toolkit tools run offline after download. Updates to your version are emailed when available.
