Refund Policy

14-day refund on digital products. If you are not happy with a purchase, email protocolonestandardsoffice@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we will refund it. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

If a download link does not work or a file is damaged, email us and we will send a working copy.

Free items have nothing to refund.
